You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The multi-loop configuration allows the bracelet to exist as a continuous cycle around the wrist, emphasizing continuity, return, and material rhythm.
Rather than symbolic interpretation, the design focuses on how repeated structure changes perception of form and movement.
Raw Material Story
Each bead is made from aged Indian Mysore sandalwood selected for density, stability, and natural grain variation.
The wood is air-dried over extended periods before shaping, allowing its internal oils and structure to stabilize.
Subtle differences in tone and grain are preserved, creating a natural visual rhythm across multiple loops.
Craftsmanship
Each piece is hand-assembled in small batches using traditional knotting techniques adapted for multi-layer construction.
Beads are carefully matched for balance in tone, density, and tactile consistency while preserving natural variation.
Final assembly ensures structural flow across all loops, allowing the piece to move comfortably with the wrist.
